Pineapple Martini

This drink will knock your socks off. It is a GREAT ice-breaker, perfect for parties or lounging by the pool. When made properly, its taste is so smooth that most will be unaware of its potency. Don’t have too many of these because they sneak up on you FAST. When the drink is gone, you can eat the liquor-infused pineapple rings for an added bonus.

On a scale of 1 to 5
1 = My baby niece can have a sip
2 = Better buzz on light beer
3 = Comparable to Gin and Tonic
4 = After a few of these and I'm ready to dance on the bar
5 = What's my name again?

SWEET ——–|——— DRY


  • 1 bottle vodka
  • 1 whole fresh pineapple


  1. Skin, de-core, and slice pineapple into rings.
  2. Place in large pitcher or other container, add one bottle vodka.
  3. Let steep for 24-48 hours.


  • If time is an issue, you may substitute a fresh pineapple with 2 cans pineapple rings in heavy syrup, and about 8-12 oz. of fresh or canned pineapple juice.
