Keylime Pie Martini

A tasty concoction that is not too sweet and not too tart. Goes down really easy, and you’ll be amazed how much it actually tastes like Key Lime pie.

On a scale of 1 to 5
1 = My baby niece can have a sip
2 = Better buzz on light beer
3 = Comparable to Gin and Tonic
4 = After a few of these and I'm ready to dance on the bar
5 = What's my name again?

SWEET —-|————- DRY

  • 1 1/4 oz. Stoli Vanil
  • 1/4 oz. Rose's lime juice
  • 1/4 oz. pineapple juice

  1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the Stoli Vanil, Rose's lime and pineapple juice, give a shake and strain into a martini glass.
  2. Some bartenders like to add a touch of whipped cream into the shaker before shaking to add a little creamy taste.
  3. Rimming the martini glass with crushed graham cracker is an awesome touch -- it gives your Key Lime martini a taste of pie crust.
